Hedgerow Cushion

The Hedgerow cushions are made by using surplus fabric from the weaving production which was not able to be made into blankets. This cushion is backed with hedgerow plain grey fabric, each cover comes with a feather pad.

English hedgerows come alive in Summer with the sharp contrast of vivid green against the pale pinks of the Dogrose, finishing their bloom with pops of orange rosehips. Bold stripes cross paths creating subtle colours and unexpected tones. By placing the stripes in only a section of the blanket the negative space makes this a contemporary piece for your home. A lightweight option that softly folds. Made in a traditional Lancashire mill.

The Dogrose blanket is woven in a beautiful valley on the Lancashire/ Yorkshire border in England, in one of the few working mills dating back to the 1700s. This collection is woven with 100% lambswool, spun locally. Utilizing regional weaving knowledge with a contemporary twist each soft lambswool blanket is a cherished heirloom.
